ABOUT
Alicia Bogard, the owner of Soothe, began her formal education in Massage Therapy in 2006 while living in Encinitas, CA. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Iowa at the beginning of 2017. Alicia has been certified as a Holistic Life Coach since 2012 by the Spencer Institute in San Diego, CA. Since 2016, she has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and holds a National Provider Identifier number for clients seeking physician-prescribed massage therapy.
Alicia's journey into Reiki began in 2016, and she became a certified Reiki Master/Teacher in 2018. She further expanded her expertise by becoming a certified Hypnotherapist in 2019 and completed her Yoga instructor training in 2020. Most recently, Alicia achieved double certification in Lymphatic Drainage in 2023, building on her training that started in 2017. In 2024, she obtained certification in Japanese Scalp Treatment.
